Andrea Rado Hamilton was raised in a real estate family and has been in the industry for over twelve years. Her background is in fundraising and strategic program implementation with a heavy emphasis on single-family homebuilding and development. Prior to launching her own company, Hamilton worked with an Austin-based home builder and developer, where she raised private equity for residential development projects and managed approximately fifteen active limited partnerships in excess of $25 million under management. 

A native Austinite, Andrea is passionate about the local community! She and her husband Chase have one daughter, Juliet, and their pug, Midge. They love exploring Austin's culinary scene (and then burning off the calories with long walks on our extensive trail systems). 

Caroline Huddleston Haley entered commercial real estate after graduating from business school at University of Texas McCombs. Her expertise is in project management. Originally from Dallas, Caroline is enjoying Austin as her new home. She is married to Brian and they have a daughter Jane, who is a proud Austinite. Caroline is on the board for the Austin Public Library Foundation, a member of Texas Women for the Arts, and co-chairs the Waller Creek Conservancy Palm Park Picnic.
